How long does it take to go live?: After the account is opened, most integrations run their first test transaction within the hour. Going live depends on your checkout; the SDKs and plugins are the same in test and live mode.
When are funds paid out?: The next business day, on every plan. Each transfer comes with a statement. The schedule can be adjusted on request.
What does the Standard plan cost?: 8.9% + €0.40 per transaction, with a 10% rolling reserve. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. Professional and Enterprise rates are agreed on volume.
Which currencies and countries are covered?: 135+ currencies and 45+ countries, with 20+ payment methods including cards and local methods. Buyers pay in their currency; you are settled in yours.
Is tax handled?: VAT, GST and sales tax are calculated at checkout for 45+ jurisdictions. Rates are maintained by the platform.
Who holds the funds?: Transactions are processed and funds are held by regulated third-party payment providers and acquiring partners. The legal pages describe this in full.
