Privacy policy
How VARDEN LLC handles personal data on this website and in the operation of the VARDEN platform.
1. Who is responsible
VARDEN LLC, 1735 W Burnett Ave, Louisville, KY 40210, United States, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Data we collect
On this website
This website does not use analytics or advertising services. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser type) for security and operation. When you use the contact form, the message is composed in your own email application; nothing is stored on this website.

- Documents required for verification by us and by our payment partners.
- Bank account details used for payouts.
- Transaction data: amounts, currencies, payment methods, customer country, dispute records.
- Technical data from API and dashboard use: keys, IP addresses, timestamps.
3. Why we use it
- To open, verify and operate your account and to pay out funds.
- To screen transactions for fraud before authorisation.
- To calculate taxes and produce reporting.
- To meet legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering and record-keeping rules.
- To answer your messages and provide support.
4. Who receives it
Data is shared with the regulated payment service providers and acquiring partners who process transactions and hold funds, with card networks and payment method operators where required to process or dispute a transaction, with our hosting and email providers, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
5. Cardholder data
Card details entered by your customers are collected by PCI DSS compliant processing systems operated by our payment partners. Full card numbers are not stored on our servers. Data in transit and at rest is protected by AES 256-bit encryption.
6. International transfers
Because the platform serves 45+ countries, data may be transferred to partners located outside your country. Where the law requires it, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards agreed with the recipient.
7. Retention
Account and transaction records are kept for the period required by applicable financial and tax regulations after the account is closed, then deleted or anonymised. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of data you provided. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority in your country.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page. Where a change affects account holders materially, we give notice by email.
